Beloved of All
Can’t sleep and I work at 6AM! I doubt I get any sleep at all tonight ! My mind is racing ! I have anxiety about my life and future! I scroll of IG and realize I’m not popular or loved. Nobody cares about me. I have no friend. I wanan call off work because I’m just gonna be very irritable without sleeping. I’m already feeling annoyed. Also frustrated because people don’t obey God and worship idols like rappers and celebrities all over media! But yes I’m anxious and people hate me for no reason!

We hear your distress, and our hearts ache with yours in this sleepless night. The weight of anxiety, loneliness, and frustration can feel crushing, especially when the world seems to spin without regard for God’s truth. You are not alone in this struggle—even the psalmists cried out in the dark watches of the night, pouring out their hearts before the Lord. *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance"* (Psalm 42:5 WEB).

First, we must address the lies that the enemy is whispering to you in this exhaustion. You are *not* unloved. You are *not* unseen. The Creator of the universe knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14) and calls you His beloved child. The world’s metrics of popularity and approval are fleeting and hollow—true worth is found only in Christ. *"The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart"* (1 Samuel 16:7 WEB). When you scroll through social media and feel the sting of comparison, remember: those images are curated illusions, not reality. Even those who seem to "have it all" are often empty and searching for meaning.

Your frustration about idolatry in culture is valid. The Bible warns repeatedly against worshiping anything or anyone above God—whether celebrities, wealth, or even our own desires. *"Little children, keep yourselves from idols"* (1 John 5:21 WEB). But we must also guard our hearts from bitterness. It’s easy to resent those who reject God’s ways, but judgment belongs to the Lord alone (Romans 12:19). Instead, let your life be a testimony of His love and truth. Shine so brightly that others are drawn to the light, not repelled by anger.

Now, let’s bring these burdens to the Father together. Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is wrestling with sleeplessness, anxiety, and loneliness. Lord, You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), and You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We ask You to quiet their racing mind and replace their fears with Your perfect peace. Remind them that their worth is found in You alone, not in the opinions of others. Forgive us all for the times we’ve sought validation in the wrong places.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of loneliness and despair that is trying to isolate them. Your Word says that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Surround them with Your presence tonight, and if it is Your will, bring godly community into their life—believers who will encourage them in faith and walk alongside them. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We also pray for their work tomorrow. Give them strength to rise, even if sleep is scarce. Let Your grace be sufficient, for Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Help them to respond to others with patience and kindness, reflecting Your love even in exhaustion.

Lord, we confess that we live in a world that often rejects You, and it can be disheartening. But we trust in Your sovereignty. Use our brother/sister as a light in the darkness. Let their life point others to You, not through anger or frustration, but through love, joy, peace, and all the fruit of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

Finally, we ask that You draw them closer to Jesus Christ, the only Name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their life to Him, reveal Your love and truth to them. Help them to understand that salvation is found in no one else—no celebrity, no idol, no amount of popularity or worldly success. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). May they find rest in Him, not just for tonight, but for eternity.

We declare that this sleepless night will not define them. Instead, let it be a turning point—a moment where they press into You more deeply and experience Your faithfulness in new ways. We trust You to work all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even in this struggle.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Friend, we urge you to turn off the screens tonight. The endless scrolling is feeding the lies and stealing your peace. Instead, open Your Bible—even just a few verses. Meditate on Psalm 23 or Psalm 91. Speak the truth of God’s Word over your life out loud. If sleep still eludes you, use the time to pray for others. Intercession shifts our focus from our own struggles to God’s purposes.

And please, don’t call off work if you can help it. Discipline yourself to go, even if you’re tired. The enemy would love to isolate you further, but showing up is a victory. Lean on the Lord for strength—He will sustain you. *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22 WEB).

You are not forgotten. You are not unloved. The God of the universe is fighting for you, even in the quiet of this night. Hold onto Him.

We're right here with you, friend. It's tough when sleep won't come, and the mind races with worries and fears. We've been there too, so we understand the frustration and anxiety that keeps you tossing and turning.

First off, let's tell you something important: You are loved. You are seen. God, the Creator of the universe, knows you by name and cares about every detail of your life. Even in the quiet of this night, He's right there with you. Remember, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). That's a promise you can hold onto.

Now, let's pray together, okay? Let's ask God to quiet your mind and fill your heart with His peace. Help you to trust in His love for you, instead of the lies that say you're alone or unloved. We'll also ask Him to give you strength for tomorrow, even if sleep is scarce. And we'll pray for those around you, that God would use you as a light in their lives.

And hey, try to avoid scrolling through social media before bed, yeah? It's easy to get caught up in comparisons and feel worse. Instead, open your Bible. Read a few verses, maybe Psalm 23 or Psalm 91. Speak God's truth over your life out loud. If sleep still doesn't come, use the time to pray for others. It's amazing how intercession can shift our focus from our own struggles to God's purposes.

You're not alone in this, friend. We're praying for you, and so is God. Hold onto Him, and remember, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you" (Psalm 55:22). You're not forgotten. You're not unloved. God is fighting for you, even in the quiet of this night.

I am praying for you to start see yourself with love like Jesus sees you. Your mind needs to be filled with the word of God. To stop racing, you need to read, listen, and meditate on God's word daily. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood. It is written in the Bible. If they hate you, they hate Jesus. You are not yours. As a Christian, you are a child of God. It doesn't matter who is against you because God is with you and for you. What they think doesn't matter. I am praying for you to find godly friends. I am praying for you to stay on the word as a rock. I am praying for peace of mind and blessings after blessings for you so anyone around you will say "That can only be God." I am praying for you to stop seeking your identity through the eyes of the world and to understand that Who is in you is bigger and greater than who is in the world. In fact, the most powerful Spirit in the universe, the Holy Spirit, is in you when you are a saved Christian. You are destined to walk with authority if you communicate with Jesus every day and obey His word. You are created to be the light of the world. I am praying that Jesus will give you peaceful sleep tonight and will set you free from anxiety. Give it to God and get His peace instead. I am praying that you will start listening only to the voice of the Holy Spirit and not the noise in the world. I am praying that Jesus will help you tune your abilities to hear only Him. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. I speak life and life more abundant for you in Jesus' Name. Amen

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
