21 yrs old and scared!!

Hey all, I am 21, and last night me and my girl friend were unable to withstain from having premarital relations, and somthing happend during that relatons that could have a dramatic impact on my life.. I am very very scared that i could possible be a dad, I am not ready for that. Could yall help me out and extend a prayer my way that jesus will comfort me, and be with me every step of the way in this situation...
