We join with you in this burden for the Church and for those who lead her, and we bring these requests before our Father together in Jesus' name.

We hear your heart for pastors and church leaders to be strengthened in their inner lives, for any lost pastors to be saved, and for the backslidden and lukewarm to be rescued and rekindled in love. This is the very charge given in 2 Timothy 4:1-5 to preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all patience and teaching. We are reminded that not everyone who says Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of our Father who is in heaven, Matthew 7:21-23, and that even a preacher must discipline his body and bring it into subjection, lest after preaching to others he himself should be disqualified, 1 Corinthians 9:27. Therefore we must pray that each pastor would first watch his life and doctrine closely and persevere, so that he will save both himself and those who hear him, 1 Timothy 4:16.

We agree with you that the Church needs devoted believers who are already regenerated and in communion with Jesus by the Holy Spirit, who continue in the truth and will be made free, John 8:31-32, who are blameless and righteous before God walking in all the commandments and ordinances blamelessly, Luke 1:6, and who worship the Father in spirit and truth, John 4:23-24. We long with you for the beauty of brothers dwelling together in unity, Psalm 133:1, for a people who are diligent to present themselves approved to God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth, 2 Timothy 2:15, with open ears to receive it. We share your desire for authentic first century style devotional lives of prayer, study, worship, family, work, ministry, fellowship and friendship evangelism that leads to the salvation of the lost, for the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost, Luke 19:10, and to true biblical growth of the Church, not sheep stealing or church hopping, and not by an anthropocentric gospel of false comfort that leaves people still in their sins, but by the faithful proclamation that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, 1 Timothy 1:15.

We also lift up your cry for protection and safety across the globe, that He will give His angels charge over His people to guard them in all their ways, Psalm 91:11-12, for are they not all serving spirits sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation, Hebrews 1:14, that we would be delivered from unreasonable and evil men, 2 Thessalonians 3:2, and kept from the evil one, John 17:15, for we know that whoever is born of God does not sin, but He who was born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him, 1 John 5:18. We pray for the same advanced warning and discernment that was given when Elisha warned Israel of Syria's plans, 2 Kings 6:8-12.

We pray together now.

Father, You are our ever present help, Psalm 46:1, and You have drawn near to us, Deuteronomy 4:7, and You have promised to strengthen with might by Your Spirit in the inner person, Ephesians 3:16, that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith to the fullness of God, Ephesians 3:17-19. We ask You to strengthen every pastor and preacher to seek You in prayer, in daily devotion and preparation, in intercession for their congregation, in study of the Word and in a holy lifestyle and sound teaching, visiting families and house churches. Forgive us where prayerlessness has made us tired and where the love of the world, 1 John 2:15, and desires for sports, entertainment and other distractions have kept us from assembling together, Hebrews 10:25. Draw our family members by Your Spirit, for no one can come unless the Father draws him, John 6:44, and give us hunger for the pure milk of the Word that we may grow, 1 Peter 2:2, and the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, Ephesians 1:17, for flesh and blood does not reveal the Messiah but our Father in heaven, Matthew 16:17. Open our minds to understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, convict and convert through Your Holy Spirit, John 16:8, and teach us all things, John 14:26 and John 16:13.

Lord, we ask for Your manifest holy presence, for faith that comes by hearing the word, Romans 10:17, for humility to receive the implanted word which is able to save our souls, James 1:21, and for faith to pray and receive, Mark 11:24. We ask You to save any lost pastors and to rescue those who have wandered from the truth, for whoever brings back a sinner from the wandering of his way will save a soul from death, James 5:19-20. Rekindle the lukewarm, for as many as You love, You reprove and chasten, be zealous therefore and repent, and You stand at the door and knock, Revelation 3:19-20. Let our churches be houses of prayer, Isaiah 56:7, devoted to the apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer, Acts 2:42, where the Word is received in faith by the anointing from the Holy One, 1 John 2:20, and where we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, Revelation 12:11.

Keep Your people from distraction, 2 Corinthians 11:3, from deception, Matthew 24:4, from temptation, Luke 11:4, from lies, Proverbs 30:8, from false teachers having a form of godliness but denying its power, 2 Timothy 3:5 and Titus 1:16, from evil people and the evil one, Matthew 6:13 and Revelation 12:9, and grant us peace that surpasses understanding, Philippians 4:6-7. We thank You that You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:4, and that You are patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and that when we ask according to Your will You hear us and we have the petitions we have asked of You, 1 John 5:14-15.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and no one comes to the Father except through Him, John 14:6. It is only through faith in His crucifixion for our sins, Galatians 2:20, and His resurrection, that we have forgiveness and newness of life. Amen, the Amen, the faithful and true witness, Revelation 3:14, for all the promises of God find their Yes in Him, 2 Corinthians 1:20.

We hear the weight and love behind your prayer for pastors and for the whole church family. You are asking God for so much that matters, that leaders would stay strong in prayer and in the Word, that any who have wandered would be drawn back, that those who are weary or lukewarm would be rekindled, and that faithful believers would be kept and protected as they worship and serve together.

It is a broad burden to carry, and we are grateful you are carrying it to the Lord. Leadership in the church is sustained not just by vision in the pulpit but by quiet faithfulness day by day, and your prayers for that private devotion and integrity are one of the most practical ways to support them. When values are lived out consistently over time, the whole congregation is steadier.

If it helps to make this large prayer more sustainable, you might choose two or three pastors or leaders by name each week to lift up specifically, and when you can, send a brief note of thanks or encouragement. That kind of personal support often strengthens a leader more than we expect, alongside our prayers.

Father, we bring these shepherds and churches before You. Strengthen those who teach and lead, draw near to any who are lost or have grown cold, and guard those who walk faithfully with You. Give hunger for Your truth, unity in worship, and protection from evil. Keep them close to Jesus and guide them by Your Spirit. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a right and weighty burden you have laid before the Lord, to plead for the shepherds and for the sheep together, and we join our hearts with yours in this supplication.

You have asked that God would strengthen His servants in the inner man according to Ephesians 3:16, that they might preach the Word with fidelity as in 2 Timothy 4:1 to 5, and that the lost, the backslidden and the lukewarm might be recovered as James 5:19 and 20 and Revelation 3:19 and 20 declare. This is a prayer after the very mind of Christ, for He came to seek and to save that which was lost, and He alone can revive His church. As it has been well said, whenever we feel dull and lethargic here is a prayer for us, Will You not revive us again, Lord, come and wake us up again, pour fresh strength into Your weak children, put the living fire into Your lukewarm children. The first meaning of such a prayer is dependence upon God. Nobody can revive us but the Lord Himself. We cannot get up a revival by our own might or power, but by His Spirit, saith the Lord.

Prayer is that great key which opens mysteries, and to whom should we go for help but to the Author of the book and the Shepherd of the flock. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much, but if it is not fervent we cannot expect to find it effectual. We must get rid of the icicles that hang about our lips and cry mightily to Him who hears prayer. Never shall a man be unsuccessful in prayer who sets his face to win the promised mercy. Therefore let us be urgent with God for these pastors and preachers, that they may be kept in daily devotion, in prayer, in the study of the Word with accuracy according to 2 Timothy 2:15, in sound teaching and in visiting the families committed to their charge.

We pray now after this manner. O Father, ever present help, be pleased to look upon those who stand to minister in Your name. If any among them be lost, though they prophesy in Your name as in Matthew 7:21 to 23, grant them saving knowledge of Your Son crucified for sinners, that they may not be castaways after preaching to others according to 1 Corinthians 9:27, but may be watchful in all things and fulfill their ministry. For those who have wandered, restore unto them the joy of Your salvation, take not Your Holy Spirit from them, and make them to hear joy and gladness. For the lukewarm, kindle again a holy fire. For those who are already regenerated and walk in communion with Jesus by the Holy Spirit, strengthen and protect them, keep them perfect hearted before You as in Luke 1:6, though imperfect in themselves, and empower their worship in spirit and in truth as in John 4:23 and 24.

Grant to all Your people a hunger for the Word as newborn babes desire milk, and give the Spirit of revelation according to Ephesians 1:17, for flesh and blood does not reveal the Messiah but our Father in heaven as in Matthew 16:17. Open minds to understand the Scriptures as in Luke 24:45, and give faith which comes by hearing, to receive the Word with humility which saves the soul as in James 1:21. Draw families to Your house as in John 6:44 and Hebrews 10:25, keep them from distraction and deception and temptation, from false teachers and deceivers, and keep them from the evil one as in John 17:15 and 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Spread over them Your angelic protection as in Psalm 91:11 and 12, and as You warned Your prophet of old of the plans of the enemy as in 2 Kings 6:8 to 12, so warn and guard Your church across the globe this day.

Let preaching be not merely the stalk but let there be the full corn in the golden ear, conversion, prayer and praise to Your glory, and let there be authentic devotional lives issuing in family holiness, honest work, fellowship, friendship evangelism, and biblical church growth that is not sheep stealing nor the fruit of a false comfort, but the gathering of those truly born of God. We ask this not for our praise but that Your people may rejoice in You and that You may have all the glory.

We leave this prayer with Him who hears before we call and who has promised that when we ask according to His will He hears us. May the Lord answer in His own way and time, for His mercy is sure to those who plead the name of Jesus, in whose name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for pastors and for the whole flock is a faithful and needed intercession, and I join my heart with yours before God in it.

I thank God for the burden He has placed on you for those who preach and lead, that they would be men of prayer and of the Word, diligent in study, sound in teaching, pure in life, and watchful in caring for souls. We ask the Father to strengthen every true shepherd according to Ephesians 3:16 to 20, to keep them abiding in Christ, and to guard them from prayerlessness, sloth, and the love of the world. For any who stand in the pulpit yet do not know Christ, who may say Lord, Lord yet do not do the will of the Father as in Matthew 7:21 to 23, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and convert them, that they would be saved through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we must be saved. We pray also for the backslidden and the lukewarm, that the Lord in His mercy would rebuke and chasten and draw them back, that they would hear His voice and open the door as in Revelation 3:19 to 20, and be rekindled in first love.

For the devoted believers who walk with a perfect heart though still imperfect in practice, we ask for protection and perseverance, that God would keep them from the evil one as in John 17:15, deliver them from evil people and from deception and false teaching, and cause them to grow in holiness. We pray for the whole congregation, that God would give hunger for His Word as in 1 Peter 2:2, that He would open minds to understand the Scriptures as in Luke 24:45, and that hearing the Word preached in truth would produce faith as in Romans 10:17. May the Lord grant His manifest presence when the church gathers as family according to Psalm 133, in Spirit empowered worship, in accurate teaching of the Word as in 2 Timothy 2:15, and in authentic devotional lives that bear fruit in homes, work, fellowship, and evangelism.

We ask also for the salvation of the lost in every place, that God who desires all to come to repentance as in 2 Peter 3:9 would seek and save them as in Luke 19:10, drawing families to Christ as in John 6:44 and to faithful assembly as in Hebrews 10:25. We pray for angelic protection and for deliverance from temptation and lies, and that the church would grow not by mere transfer of sheep but by true conversion through the faithful gospel of Christ crucified.

Let us continue steadfast in prayer, in the Word, and in love for one another, using whatever talent God has given, whether in teaching, in protection, in giving, or in service, for the common good and for our neighbor's advantage. For nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the good of others and to do His will faithfully where He has placed us.

Father, hear these prayers according to Your will, grant faith to pray and to receive as in Mark 11:24, give revelation of Your Son by Your Spirit, and keep us all in Your truth until Christ returns. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
