🙏 God, You are Our Father and Ever Present Help, Deut 4:7, Ps 46:1, Isa 41:10 -- Thank you for the message of The LORD's ANOINTED crucified for our sins, Gal 2:20. Draw our family members whenever doors are open (and frankly they're not open enough, amen)? Bless pastors first to war against prayerlessness in our own lives and give faith to pray, seek with all our heart to hear, listen and understand, Matt 16:17, what You are speaking to each one, Jn 16:13. Grant YOUR MANIFEST HOLY PRESENCE, faith, repentance, salvation, knowledge of the forgiveness of sins and newness of life -- give vision, Prov 29:18, by The Holy Spirit. Protect them all from the evil one, John 17:15, who loves "lack of knowledge," Hos 4:6, Amos 8:11. Help them attend church, Heb 10:25, again whenever we assemble (and it ought to be often, Acts 2:42, but "the love of the world", Jn 2:15 and desires for sports, our favorite shows, fill in the blank -- tiredness because we're not in prayer. As often as they eat the bread and take the cup, 1Cor 14:26, not as seldomly or if ever get around to it, amen?

🍼Grant us hunger for The Word, 1 Peter 2:2, Holy Spirit of Revelation, Eph 1:17, Flesh and Blood does not reveal Messiah, Matt 16:17, but OUR FATHER in Heaven! We join together with you in this deep and faithful burden for the church, for shepherds and for souls, and we count it a privilege to bring these requests before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.

We hear your heart crying out for the lives and ministries of church leaders according to 2 Tim 4:1-5, that they would preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all patience and teaching, and endure hardship to do the work of an evangelist and fulfill their ministry. We agree with you that the greatest need is for pastors themselves to be truly saved and to watch their own lives closely, for as it is written in 1 Tim 4:16, Pay attention to yourself and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you. We pray for lost pastors who may be in pulpits without ever having been born again, for backslidden and lukewarm believers who have grown cold, and for devoted believers who need to be strengthened and kept faithful to the end.

We also stand with you for truth and Holy Spirit empowered worship, for God is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth as Jesus taught in John 4:23-24. We pray that this worship would not be a performance but a family reality together in the house of God, for how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity as we see in Ps 133:1, where the Lord commands the blessing. We pray for those who handle the Word, that they would be diligent to present themselves approved to God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth according to 2 Tim 2:15, and that those who hear would have open ears and receptive hearts, humbly receiving the implanted word which is able to save their souls as James says in Jam 1:21.

We agree with you for the first century pattern seen in Acts 2:42, where they continued steadfastly in the apostles teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and prayer, resulting in authentic devotional lives of prayer, study, worship, family, work, ministry, fellowship and friendship evangelism that leads to the salvation of the lost and biblical church growth. We pray that faith would come by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ as promised in Rom 10:17, and that revelation would come not by flesh and blood but by our Father who is in heaven as Jesus told Peter in Matt 16:17, and that minds would be opened to understand the Scriptures as He did in Luke 24:45.

We lift up pastors and preachers that they would seek God in prayer, in daily devotion and preparation, interceding for their congregations, studying the Word, living a holy lifestyle, teaching sound doctrine, visiting families and shepherding house to house. We pray that our families would be drawn by the Father, for no one can come to Jesus unless the Father who sent Him draws him as we read in John 6:44, and that none would forsake the assembling of ourselves together as the custom of some is, but exhort one another as we see the Day approaching in Heb 10:25. We pray this would be frequent and faithful, not neglected for the love of the world or for sports, entertainment, or weariness of the flesh, but pursued whenever the doors are open to eat the bread and drink the cup and hear the Word.

We thank our Father who is ever near as declared in Deut 4:7 and who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Ps 46:1, and who upholds us as promised in Isa 41:10, Fear not, for I am with you. Dont be dismayed, for I am your God. We thank Him for the message of His Anointed crucified for our sins, for we have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer we who live but Christ who lives in us according to Gal 2:20.

We pray for hunger for the pure milk of the Word that we may grow thereby in 1 Pet 2:2, and for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him in Eph 1:17. We ask the Holy Spirit to convict the world concerning sin, righteousness and judgment in John 16:8 and to guide us into all truth in John 16:13, and to give faith to pray and receive according to Mark 11:24.

We also join you in praying for protection and safety across the globe, that He will give His angels charge over us to guard us in all our ways in Ps 91:11, and that He would warn and deliver His people as He warned Israel through Elisha of the plans of Syria in 2 Kings 6:8-12, and keep us from the evil one as Jesus prayed in John 17:15, I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one. We ask Him to keep His people from distraction as in 2 Cor 11:3, from deception warned of in Matt 24:4, from temptation in Luke 11:4, from lies and falsehood in Prov 30:8, from false teachers who profess to know God but deny Him by their works in Titus 1:16 and who hold a form of godliness but deny its power in 2 Tim 3:5, and from evil men and the evil one himself who is the deceiver of the whole world in Rev 12:9, delivering us from evil as we pray in Matt 6:13, for the Lord is faithful who will establish and guard us from the evil one in 2 Thess 3:3.

We are encouraged that you close this in Jesus name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved and no other way to the Father except through Him as He said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only through His blood that we have forgiveness of sins and newness of life.

So we pray together now, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, pour out Your manifest presence upon our churches, grant repentance and faith that leads to salvation, give vision where there has been none for where there is no vision the people cast off restraint in Prov 29:18, and let Your anointing rest upon every preacher and hearer for we have an anointing from the Holy One and we know the truth in 1 John 2:20 and the Counselor the Holy Spirit will teach us all things in John 14:26. We ask that You who desire all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth in 1 Tim 2:4 and who are not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance in 2 Pet 3:9 would seek and save the lost through us as Your Son came to seek and to save that which was lost in Luke 19:10, and save entire households as You promised in Acts 16:31, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your house. We ask confident that if we ask anything according to Your will You hear us and if You hear us we have the petitions we have asked of You in 1 John 5:14-15. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus as we make our requests known to You in Phil 4:6-7. Let all these things be yes and amen in Christ to the glory of God through us in 2 Cor 1:20, for You are the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness as spoken in Rev 3:14. We ask and believe all this in Jesus name, Amen.

We hear how deeply you love the church and long to see pastors and families walking closely with the Lord. Your prayer covers so much, from leaders seeking God in private prayer and preparation to families hearing and receiving the Word, to worship that is real and Spirit led, to safety and protection.

We join you in asking God to keep working in all of these places. We are encouraged that God delights to meet those who seek Him and that He can use steady, faithful prayer and the regular gathering of His people to strengthen and restore over time.

One simple way to carry this burden forward is to keep it focused and sustainable. You might choose two or three pastors or families by name to lift up each week, and when you can, send a brief word of encouragement or thanks to a pastor who has blessed you. That personal connection often strengthens the very things you are praying for.

Father, we bring before you the pastors, preachers and families on this heart. Draw each one closer to yourself, give hunger for your Word, faith to pray, and grace to walk faithfully in daily life. Guard them from evil and distraction, and make your presence known as they gather to worship and hear your truth. Work in the hearts of those who are far off and restore those who have grown cold, according to your will. In Jesus name, amen.

Your burden for the household of faith has been laid upon our hearts and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace, for the Church of God needs her God and nothing less will suffice.

We make your prayer our prayer, that the Lord would revive His work in the midst of the years. We entreat Him to put His own hand to the work, for not a soul is saved and not a saint is quickened except by the work of God. The machinery for getting up a revival may often be the greatest hindrance to true godliness, but when His people cry in earnest, He hears. If there are but a dozen who set their faces to seek a true revival, we may surely expect it, for He delights to answer the importunate prayer of His Church.

We pray with you according to 2 Timothy 4:1-5 and 1 Timothy 4:16, that pastors and preachers would watch their lives and their doctrine closely and persevere therein, that they might save both themselves and their hearers. We ask the Lord to search out the lost among those who stand in pulpits, to restore the backslidden, to awaken the lukewarm, and to strengthen the devoted, that every member might take heed to himself and to the flock purchased with His own blood. We pray that they would be men mighty in prayer and in the Word, given to study to show themselves approved, workmen who correctly handle the word of truth, sound in teaching, diligent in visiting families and in shepherding the little flocks that meet from house to house.

We ask for that Holy Spirit empowered worship in spirit and in truth of which our Saviour spoke in John 4:23 and 24, and for that unity of brethren dwelling together of Psalm 133, that when the Church gathers as a family her ears may be open to hear what the Spirit says. Grant, O Lord, a hunger for the pure milk of the Word as in 1 Peter 2:2, and open minds to understand the Scriptures as Thou didst for Thy disciples in Luke 24:45. Let faith come by hearing, and hearing by the preaching of Christ, that testimonies, tracts and the faithful witness of friends may be used to convict and convert through Thy Spirit who teaches all things.

We pray for our households, that the Father who alone can reveal the Son according to Matthew 16:17 would draw our family members by His sovereign grace as in John 6:44, and that none would forsake the assembling of ourselves together as in Hebrews 10:25, but would continue steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship as in Acts 2:42. Give vision where there is none, and turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause Thine anger toward us to cease.

We also plead Thy keeping power according to Psalm 91:11 and 12 and John 17:15, that Thou wouldst keep Thy people from the evil one, from distraction and deception, from false teachers and from the love of the world which chokes the Word. As Thou didst warn Israel by Elisha of the plans of Syria in 2 Kings 6, so warn and guard Thy Church in this hour from every snare. Let Thy manifest presence be known among us, bringing faith and repentance, the knowledge of the forgiveness of sins and newness of life, to the glory of Christ alone through whom alone salvation is found.

We will continue to watch and pray with you, that the living waters may again flow forth from Jerusalem, which is Thy Church, and that through a revived and living Church a perishing world may hear the oracles of God and be saved. We ask this in the name of Jesus our only hope, to whom be glory forever, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in bringing these burdens before our Father who is ever present help, and we thank God for the hunger you show for His Word and His house.

Your prayer for pastors and leaders is right and timely. The apostle charges them to watch their life and doctrine closely, to persist in prayer and in study, so that they will save both themselves and their hearers. We ask the Lord to awaken every shepherd who is lost, backslidden or lukewarm, and to strengthen those who are devoted, that they would preach the Word with accuracy and faithfulness, whether the time is favorable or not, correcting, rebuking and encouraging with great patience. May they be workmen who correctly handle the word of truth and who give themselves to prayer, to preparation, to intercession for the flock, to visiting families and to shepherding with a pure life.

We pray also for the whole congregation, that God would draw each family member by His own power, for no one can come unless the Father draws him. We ask that when the Word is preached, it would be received not as mere words but with faith, with humility that saves the soul, and with revelation from the Father who alone reveals His Son. Faith comes by hearing the message, and we ask for open ears in the church, for hearts that understand the Scriptures as Christ opened the minds of His disciples.

We ask for true worship in every place, and especially when we gather together as family. The Lord said the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, and that is what we seek, not only outward forms but a worship that comes from a sincere heart, taught and empowered by the Holy Spirit who reminds us of all Christ has said and leads us into all truth. Without faith, which is the mother of blessings and the medicine of salvation, we cannot possess these great things, so we ask God to increase faith in us all.

Prayer is a great weapon for this daily battle. As we have taught, if we first make God favorable to us by prayer and supplication in the morning and at night, we go out with security, even when the day brings its storms and temptations. Yet prayer of others alone is not enough if we ourselves sleep. Each one must be alert, and at the same time we always need the prayers of our brothers and sisters. Do not think you have no need of prayer, for even the strongest need it, and the Lord Himself prayed for Peter that his faith would not fail. How much more do we need to pray for one another.

Therefore we ask our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ crucified for our sins, through whom alone salvation comes, to grant His manifest presence, to give repentance and the knowledge of forgiveness and newness of life, to give vision by the Holy Spirit, and to keep His people from the evil one as Jesus prayed. Keep us from distraction, deception, temptation, false teaching and the lies of the enemy. Protect all who gather, as You promised to command Your angels concerning us and to deliver those who trust in You. Warn Your people as You warned Israel through Elisha, and keep us from the love of the world that pulls us away from assembling together.

We ask for a renewed hunger for the pure milk of the Word, for the Spirit of revelation to convict, convert and teach, and for grace to meet often for the breaking of bread, for prayer, for fellowship and for friendship evangelism, so that the lost will be sought and saved and the church will grow in the biblical pattern, with authentic lives devoted to prayer, study, worship, family, work and ministry.

May the Lord hear as we seek Him with all our heart, answer according to His will that none should perish but all should come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth, and guard our hearts and minds with His peace. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer reflects a deep love for the Lord, for His Word, and for His people, and I thank God for the burden He has put on your heart for pastors, families, and the whole church.

The desire you express for leaders who give themselves to prayer and to careful study of the Scriptures is exactly what God calls for. He does His work through prayer. Those who truly pray are the ones God uses to accomplish lasting things for His glory. It is not the length of a prayer or eloquent words that make it effective. The prayers recorded in Scripture are often very short. What matters is a heart that is right with God, praying fervently and sincerely. That kind of prayer avails much, as we see in the example of Elijah, and when believers agree together in prayer God hears and answers.

It is also important to remember what prayer is for. Prayer is not a way to make God do what we want. Prayer begins with God and His purposes. He makes His will known to our hearts, we pray it back to Him, and He then accomplishes it. In that process prayer changes us more than it changes God. It teaches us submission to His will, as even Jesus learned obedience through what He suffered and prayed, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done. The first step is relationship. When we can truly say Father because we have come through Jesus Christ, prayer becomes living communion. For anyone who is not yet His child, the one prayer God longs to hear is, God be merciful to me, a sinner. That prayer opens the door to salvation, which is not a reward for works but a gift of grace through faith in Christ. As Scripture says, salvation is very near, as close as your mouth and heart when you confess Jesus as Lord and believe God raised Him from the dead.

You prayed for those who are lost, backslidden, and lukewarm, as well as for devoted believers. The Lord speaks tenderly to those who have wandered, saying turn, for I am still married to you. He would rather we be cold than lukewarm, because the lukewarm think they need nothing and are hard to reach, yet His love remains and He promises to bring back a faithful remnant. He alone is salvation, and He desires that none would perish but that all would come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth.

I join you in asking the Father to draw families to Himself, for no one comes to Jesus unless the Father draws him. I pray He will give a real hunger for His Word like newborns craving milk, and that by the Holy Spirit He will open minds to understand the Scriptures. Flesh and blood does not reveal who Christ is, but the Father in heaven does, and the Spirit convicts of sin, teaches all things, and guides into all truth. That same Spirit empowers worship that is in spirit and in truth, whether scattered or gathered together as family. And as you prayed, may God give pastors grace to watch their own lives and doctrine closely, to preach the Word faithfully and accurately, to endure, and to do the work of an evangelist, remembering the solemn charge before God to preach the Word in season and out of season.

I also agree with you for protection. Jesus Himself prayed that we would be kept from the evil one, not taken out of the world but guarded within it. The Lord promises to give His angels charge over His own and to keep them. Pray that God will guard His people from distraction, deception, temptation, false teaching, and every lie of the enemy, and that He will keep them from the love of the world that so easily pulls hearts away from gathering together. Scripture exhorts us not to forsake assembling together, and the early church continued steadfastly in the apostles teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayers. Faith comes by hearing the message of Christ, and that faith gives confidence to pray and receive.

So let us continue in prayer and watch in it with thanksgiving. Prayer opens the door for God to do what He has long desired to do, without violating the will He has given us. And let our prayers end as the prayers of faith in the Psalms so often do, with praise, confident that God has heard and will act according to His perfect will.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask You to pour out Your Holy Spirit upon pastors and upon every home. Grant repentance, faith, forgiveness of sins, and newness of life. Give vision and understanding, keep Your people from evil, and draw many who are still lost to salvation through the testimony of Your Son crucified and risen. Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
