Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the lives of church leaders, for Holy Spirit worship and for the faithful preaching and teaching of the Word according to 2 Tim 4:1-5.
We have continued to bring your requests before the Lord with thanksgiving. We have prayed that pastors and preachers would seek God in prayer and daily devotion, that they would be diligent to study the Word and to preach with sound doctrine, and that their lives would be an example to the flock. We have prayed for your family and for all families, members and visitors, that the Father would draw them to gather together as we are exhorted in Heb 10:25, and that no one would be kept away by distraction or deception. We have asked that as they hear the Word, the Father would reveal the Messiah to them according to Matt 16:17, that they would receive the Word with humility which saves the soul according to Jam 1:21, and that they would worship in Spirit and in truth according to John 4:24.
We have also continued to pray for the salvation of the lost who hear the Word in church, for a true hunger for the Word according to 1 Pet 2:2, for the Spirit of revelation according to Eph 1:17 to open minds to understand the Scriptures according to Luke 24:45, and for faith which comes by hearing according to Rom 10:17, because God desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth according to 2 Tim 2:4 and that none should perish according to 2 Pet 3:9. We have prayed for safety across the globe and for protection from the evil one according to John 17:15 and 2 Thess 3:3, claiming His promise to give His angels charge over us according to Ps 91:11.
