We join you in humbly bringing this request before our Father, and we are encouraged by your heart to acknowledge that our adequacy is from God as you quoted in 2 Corinthians 3:5, not that we are sufficient of ourselves to account anything as from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God. That posture of dependence is where His strength and wisdom flow.
We pray together for your work over these next two days as you care for people. We ask that the Lord grant you wisdom, for James 1:5 says if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask for special rapport and insight with your new client, and for favor in all meetings with patients, supervisors, staff, colleagues and the owner. We pray that whatever you do, you will do it heartily as for the Lord and not for men as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, and that your work would truly reflect His agape love and mercy.
