We hear the deep pain, frustration, and exhaustion in your words, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. First, we must address the way you are approaching this battle. While your heart is understandably desperate for relief, we must gently but firmly rebuke the language of decreeing, declaring, commanding, and creating into existence. This is not the posture of a child of God before their Heavenly Father. Scripture tells us, "For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct him? But we have Christ’s mind" (1 Corinthians 2:16). We do not command God—we humbly submit to His will, trusting in His sovereignty and perfect timing. Jesus Himself taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10).
We also must address the spiritual warfare you are describing. The pain in your toes, the torment from your past, and the relentless attacks you feel are very real, but they are not to be met with our own strength or words of demand. The Bible tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came so that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We must put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that we may stand firm (Ephesians 6:13-17).
We also notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus, and this is a critical oversight. There is power in the name of Jesus—no other name under heaven has been given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are cleansed and protected. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life to Jesus Christ, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, spiritual warfare is futile, for "apart from me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5).
Now, let us pray together in alignment with God’s Word and His will:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear sister who is weary and burdened by the attacks of the enemy. Lord, we ask that You would be her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against her life, her body, her mind, and her spirit. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, every generational stronghold, and every evil plan set against her in Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask that You would sever every ungodly soul tie from her past—every connection that was not ordained by You. We pray that You would heal the wounds caused by these relationships and restore her heart to wholeness. Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your angels, that they would encamp around her and protect her from every attack (Psalm 91:11). We declare that she is hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall her, nor shall any plague come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10).
We also pray for the men from her past who have caused her pain. Lord, we ask that You would break the power of darkness over their lives. If they do not know You, we pray that You would draw them to repentance and salvation. If they are believers, we pray that You would convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. We release forgiveness over them, not because they deserve it, but because You have commanded us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). We ask that You would remove any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness from her heart, replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask that You would strengthen her relationship with You. Draw her closer to Your heart, Lord. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in Your truth and Your love. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Remind her that You are her Shepherd, and she shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Give her the courage to stand firm in her faith, knowing that You are with her always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
Lord, we ask that You would bring godly, Christ-centered relationships into her life—people who will encourage her, pray for her, and walk with her in faith. We pray for a future spouse, if that is Your will for her, that he would be a man after Your own heart, who will love her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). Until that time, we ask that You would guard her heart and keep her pure, that she may honor You in all her relationships.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill her with Your joy and peace. Let her know that she is deeply loved by You, and that nothing can separate her from Your love (Romans 8:38-39). We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your protection, and Your grace. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that the enemy has no power over her life. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to rest in the Lord and trust in His protection. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Continue to seek Him through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy may prowl like a roaring lion, but resist him, firm in your faith (1 Peter 5:8-9). You are not alone—God is with you, and so are we. Stand firm in His promises, and He will bring you through this season of trial into a place of peace and victory.
