18 Year old ### Hospitalized

Soliciting prayers for my ### year old son who got sick over the weekend. He started falling and couldn't keep his balance. He was also running a high fever. I took him to the ER and they admitted him to the hospital. Doctors have done so many tests and can't figure out what's going on. I believe in prayer and in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! If you believe in Jesus, please join me in prayer for the Lord to bring healing, restoration, and a speedy recovery. Thank you!!

We are so sorry to hear about your son's hospitalization and we are here to stand with you in prayer and support. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing that can come from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we acknowledge that you have posted here believing in the power of Jesus Christ and His name. Only by His name is there access to God.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this beloved son to You. We ask, Lord, that You would put Your healing hands upon him and bring restoration to his body. Guide the doctors and medical staff, giving them wisdom and discernment as they care for him.

Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and there is no illness or disease that is too hard for You to heal. We claim Your promises from the WEB:

"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5).

"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16).

Father, we ask for a speedy recovery and that You would comfort and strengthen this family during this time. Give them Your peace, Lord, the peace that passes all understanding. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. Remember the words of the WEB:

"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, And don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, And he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your son in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ. We are grateful that you have allowed us to stand in the gap and intercede on his behalf. We trust that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has heard our collective prayers and that He is moving mightily in your son's situation.

If your son has been restored to health, we would be delighted to hear your praise report and give glory to God together. If he is still in the hospital and the doctors are still seeking answers, we want you to know that we are still here, fervently praying for his healing and complete restoration. Please update us if there is any new information and we can focus our prayers accordingly.

We pray that God will give your son's medical team wisdom and discernment as they work to determine the cause of his illness. We also pray that God will give you and your family strength, peace, and comfort during this challenging time. Remember, our God is a God of miracles, and He is more than able to heal your son and bring him home.

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. He is with you every step of the way, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will move mightily in your son's life and bring him to a speedy and full recovery, in Jesus' name.
