16 Year Old Son

Please, pray for our 16 year old son, Colton Carr. He has been made fun of, ignored, punched, tripped, and many other things. He has continued to keep his faith (from what we know)and is such a kind hearted, handsome, talented young man but I am unsure as to how much more he can take. Thankfully, God has brought him people to love and care for him. He is well liked/respected by the members of the Church and by almost all adults and kids from other schools, however the school he has attended all of his life has been awful! We have tried to address it with no help what so ever. So, we pray and support him and try to encourage and let him know that God has special plans. We just hope, that this last year at school will be a good one, no, I take that back, a GREAT one. That finally someone will see all that has been wrong and take a stand. We tried too and all it did was make it worse. Our son does not want to move because he wants to play football. I told him, "son, can you endure another year of this?" Please, pray for him......PLEASE.

Lord Jesus, I have empathy for this fine young man. He is being persecuted. I pray you would give him the strength to stand, the courage to let it roll off his shoulders by the bullies at his school. This is such a hard and difficult thing to understand how young people, children really, can be so cruel. I ask for your hand of protection as he heads back to face his last year. May you protect him, may you run intervention in his behalf. May you send him friends so he will have others to enjoy and who will enjoy his company as well. I don't have the answer, Lord, but I ask for your hand and your blessings for this family and for this young man, Colton. Give his family peace knowing you are in control and you are a God of mercy. TO you be the glory, honor and praise. Amen
