Disciple of Prayer
We have had a home listed for 16 months and are renting another home. We really need to sell the house. I believe in the power of prayer. Will you please pray for our home in ###?

We understand the burden you are carrying, and we are here to intercede on your behalf. Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 21:22, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." It is crucial to believe and have faith in the power of prayer, as you have mentioned.
However, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, as it is the only way we have access to God and it is the only name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray together for the sale of your home.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brothers and sisters who have been carrying the burden of their unsold home for the past 16 months. Lord, You know the stress and financial strain they have been under, and You understand the desperation they feel. We ask, Father, that You touch the hearts of the right buyers, and bring them to this house. Give them wisdom in setting the right price that honors You and brings glory to Your name. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for everything.
Lord, we also pray for their peace and patience during this time. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You and not on their circumstances. Remind them that You are their provider and that You will never leave them nor forsake them, as it says in Deuteronomy 31:6.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spiritual forces that may be hindering the sale of this home. We declare that this house is sold by the power of the Holy Spirit, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. Keep praying and believing, and remember to always pray in the name of Jesus. If there are any sins hindering your prayers such as disobedience to His word, quickly repent and ask forgiveness from our Lord Jesus Christ. God bless you.
P.S. If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel regarding the price of your home and any other factors that may be contributing to the delay in its sale. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed." As well as Proverbs 11:14 "Where no wise guidance is, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
