1:45 am here, home alone so of course i am avoiding my solitary bed. But I MUST sleep, and I MUST do laundry tommorrow (haven't seen parts of my room in a month, can't get it put up!) Pray my children are having fun with their dad. Pray that God continues to soften Jimmy's heart toward me. May I become the woman he needs me to be.

Lord, I love you. Thanks for bringing me thru this storm. Thank you for peace, for sleep. You are my refuge. In Jesus Name I ask.

THanks all!!!! Took me a bit, but i finally fell asleep and got almost 8 hours of sleep that i deperatedly needed. And no guilt about it being 10:30am already. Now to bathe, eat and GET BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God bless you guys today!!!

I understand what you are saying.

Well, It is 3 PM here...I have some work, like yesterday I did 13 work hours, and today there would be another 13 work hours.

SO...let me share a few practical tips that help avoid 'solitary bed'..

1.Personally, I always have the light on, the Word, and a cuddly toy to bed..with a little of prayer, it is sweet

2.You you have children, maybe you could sleep in their room, or share with them

3. Sometimes. I lie on the sofa with a good book, till I drift to slip, and when I wake up, it is like I never slept. It works, too!
