wrong antibiotic

. my left leg is enlarged from the hip down and I am very fearful due to COVID to go to a hospital, my dr. wants me to go to the hospital, he refused to see me. I am in excruciating pain and can barely walk due to the pain. I might have blocked veins and a blood clot. I do not trust hospitals...
