widow lady

I am finding my son who was given to someone by my husband at the time of birth twenty years back. I had twins, kids. I have a daughter, but my son, my husband gave to someone. Please help me find him, where is he, thru holy spirit vision. I'm a widow lady now with no money. Please help.
