I was recently diagnosed as vitamin D deficient, as well as anaemic from iron deficiency. I’ve been dealing with the most horrific pins and needles in my feet, my left leg from the knee down, and my left arm. I’ve been to the chiropractor and the doctor to double check everything is ok. So far...
