urges to eat

Jesus Christ, help me! I am having urges to eat, and am having laughter that sounds like the person who didn't complete their fast previously. I am not sure if this is a spiritual attack causing me to be hungry, and the laughter is a sign of a spiritual attack. Thank you, Jesus, for peace...
