twisted muscle

I was kneeling in the bed and as I went down with my legs I felt something twisting on my right side of the abdomen and now the right side of my abdomen is hurting right below the rib cage. Please pray that if there is a thorn muscle or twisted muscle, it is repaired. Thank you all!
