turbulent thoughts

I am having turbulent thoughts and ask the Lord Jesus to please fill my mind and heart with His peace. I ask for power to fully bind and dismiss these thoughts in His name. Thanks for your prayers anyone who prayed. I ask for a sound sleep and God to keep me overnight.
