tuberculosis pyonephrosis lots

My husband ### admitted in hospital with tuberculosis pyonephrosis... Lots of pus collection in both kidneys and urologist advised to under go stent surgery.. But I have severe financial crisis and I don't think surgery is possible now.. If I leave him like this kidney failure may occur...
