train heating

Terrible weather outside - snow, strong wind, rain, I am all wet. And there is practically no heating in a train. I am freezing. I told the conducter to heat up but she says there is no electricity somewhere (???) probably and they have no time (??) to fix the train. Lord please do something. My...
