train card

I lost my monthly train card but I didn't know. A woman from a train company (cashier,) called me on the phone to bring me the card into the train while I was waiting for the train to move woooow!! I lost my card in a bakery and the lady/seller from a bakery brought a card to the cashier! PRAISE...
