tooth infections

I’ve been having stomach issues and problems with my teeth. I keep having random infections in my teeth. I’ve been in pain unable to sleep with my tooth pain. Dentists aren’t sure what’s causing the random infections or pain. I’ve been having bad anxiety about these issues.
