terrible irritating noise

    Immediately noise must stop

    Terrible irritating noise in my area, on the hill someone is using cutting grass machine or saw. I literally feel like pain in my head. Headache, nausea, nerves on the edge. It's possible that something is not right with that machine. It sounds like this.
