stupid recorded messages

I have things I need to take care of, and it requires COMMUNICATION WITH A HUMAN BEING {not a machine} to do it, but you know these days you get these stupid recorded messages that are limited in how they address your issues. {Sometimes worse than others, and today was really bad. I don't like...
