small settlement

we did not put my ###'s estate in probate because his nursing home filed a claim. I'm still so worried I have to sell his home or the judge forces a foreclosure sale. I lost my mom and dad this past year, and I don't want to lose their home too. It's the only home that I ever knew. Pray for God...
