Father God i come before you in the name of Jesus christ asking for your healing at this i feeling so sick upset stomach and very sleepy Father what ever it is causing me to feel that way remove it from my body I asking desperately in the mighty powerful hands of jesus christ name Amen

Please forgive me Lord, I fell into temptation of masturbation. I have talked about it with my therapist and he gave me helpful tips but it is hard for me to stop it in the moment or even do something else especially when I am trying to sleep or still feel sleepy. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
