shoulder and arm injury

I was out in my garden feeding the birds and slipped and fell. My left shoulder and arm hit concrete and is really painful. I am already suffering from painful physical illnesses, tormenting mental illnesses and grief after losing my sister. I would truly appreciate prayer please.
