shift hours

I am unable to concentrate in my job, feel very restless and depressed during my shift hours. I feel very tensed as if I'm unfit for my job and will not be able to meet my goals. Please pray for me that I may be able to meet my targets at work and be out of my depression mind state. Thanx.
