seviour breathing problem

My name is ###. Since one week I am very sick and tired. My chest x-ray there is congestion l can't get up from bed. I have severe breathing problem and shivering also. Three days I couldn't go for duty. I can't eat anything my chest and stomach is burning. Please pray for me. I am very tired.
