serious underlying illness

Pray request for my confusion mind. My CT scan test report shows I've an old wound and TB positive. Don't know it's true or not. As I haven't visited Dr yet with the CT scan test report. Not yet confirmed what shows in the report. But I feel like I don't have TB. Not coughing up anything bad. Or...
