seeking and obeying will

Please correct me if I’m wrong. Seek ye FIRST the kingdom of God. No disrespect intended with this question. Is the kingdom of God within us? something that we must continually tap into? Or is it just seeking and obeying God’s will in all things? Or is it a combo of both? I’m sorry to bother you...
