reaching out to the unsaved

I see a type of reaching out to the unsaved...some Christians disapprove of this ,consider it compromise..others think we reach more people this way..but you'll see Christians celebrating Halloween but dressed as people from the Bible instead of witches and the devil...you'll see Christians...
