quiet neighbors

How to pray in a roman catholic christian way for quite neighours that keep to themsleves to move out of your own street just becuase they dont say hello to you everytime they see you out there

For my neighbors who directly live above me to move immediately. May they leave one day and never return. (Obviously they go to a better home to their suiting.) May I have no neighbors or quiet neighbors upstairs afterwards. Amen!
