public speak

I am a graduate with upper class result; but as it is, I can't express myself in public. I speak as if am an illiterate. Sometime will know what to say but immediately I open my mouth to speak, I wouldn't be able to speak eloquently. It embarrasses me and make me shamed. Please pray for ###.
