postures

I use to sleep and wake up from sleep with my body been wet with sperm. It keeps occurring from years to years. Please pray for me to be free. Second, I am suffering from spinal cord, I can't do all the postures for 30 minutes. Anything more than 30 minutes, it becomes endurance. Please help...
