pipe and showerhead

I need two repairs in my apartment as soon as possible!! Air condition cleaning and changing or installing new pipe and showerhead in a bathtub. Also in my mother's apartment: at least 4-5 repairs and installations. Lord help my brother to be fast and efficient. I would do that but it's better...
