not burntout

hi all. im coming here to tell a prayer that i pray that i may have a smooth, productive nonsotiring week at work please especially since im studying after work. i wish to conserve energy by not being too burntout - i know it's too much to ask. Jesus please guide me with your wisdom, courage...
