noisy cars

I just prayed that my next door neighbour will stop with loud tv and he stopped (probably someone prayed for me here) and now came my upstairs neighbour with his noisy walk and bad noisy habits. Lord please help. My walls are trembling when he wakes. Protect me also from his loud music/tv...
