neck pain dizziness anxiety

I am ###, I am ### years old and for the last year I have been dealing with neck pain, dizziness, anxiety and lightheaded and brain fog. I haven't been able to figure out what's causing this but it is ruining my life. I need God's healing to make this go away and get my life back. Amen.
