neck pain and stiffness

I'm the father of my young daughter who has a blood bacterial infection indicated by diagnostic blood and urine sample tests. She can't sleep much, has extreme neck pain and stiffness, and rash type hives on most of her upper torso. She is suffering greatly, miserable and affraid. Please pray...
