massive ear twitch

Please pray for me. I need healing. I have a pain in my ear and back of my head. It feels like a worm crawling in my head. The doctors are not taking me seriously. I get swollen and my skull gets pressure/contested. This comes from my right ear, I get massive ear twitch and pain.
