marriage fraud

I am a disabled veteran with PTSD. I think that I felt victim to marriage fraud. I married an immigrant on a work visa and a month after the wedding she moved with her family 8hrs away. I am now alone, dealing with surgeries and uncertainty. As a Christian IM not sure as to what to do...
