manifesting major psychotic behavior

Please pray for ###, my sister. She was diagnosed with manic depression and is currently manifesting major psychotic behaviour. She has meds prescribed on past Friday but refuses to take it. Please pray for ... whatever is needed to happen. Thanks ###
