lower right abdomen pain

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, Thank You for waking me up for another day. Please forgive me of my sins. I have bloating yesterday and today my lower right abdomen was in slight pain. Currently am having slight air passing and I feel somewhat vomiting. Am not sure if this is appendicitis or not. Pls...
