loud upstairs neighbor

Upstair neighbour very loud - he walks like bear - my walls are trembling and he dropps things.... Also my next door neighbours loud tv. Please no noise in my building and in my area IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS. Total protection from the evil one. Amen
