login issue

This is a practical request. Last night my name was not at the top of the page, but there was a login. I did, went through the motions, but instead was given a user name which I didn't really choose but somehow... and No one knows me by that name. Was wondering if and how I can get my real name...

Please pray for the recovery of my ### Account. I tried everything as instructed on screen but still I cannot log in...my account is very important especially in my work. Please help me pray for this problem. Amen
