hot area

I live in a very hot area. A pool is needed for survival. Please let nothing go wrong with pool. It finally got warm enough to swim and ### says bleach is too expensive.

No depression. Wisdom how much to be on the sun, since my period lasts although it should have stopped. I experienced heavier bleeding in the past if I was in a hot area or on the sun. Also, how not to get red skin on the sun. I am on my summer vacations at the sea coast.
