I wanted to follow up on the post regarding the backdated renewal lease which was an unwise choice. Afterwards, the landlord sent two (on separate occasions) more backdated renewal leases with higher rent rates for each and wanted to pressure me to sign them IMMEDIATELY. I refused to sign those...
