hardship withdrawal

Hello. I met with a financial counselor who told me to get an “Hardship Withdrawal” from my retirement fund. I am praying in Jesus name for a miracle so that I don’t have to go that route. I’m also asking for employment. I don’t think the withdrawal is the right advice.
