exterior window

Saw possibly black mold on the exterior of my window. Please pray with me it’s not mold but possibly just stuck on dirt as we washed this exterior several times Lord Jesus. Please protect and pray this not be serious but just caked on dirt please. Please Jesus help us. Amen
