dues huge

I am advised by my strong Christian Parishioners that only Holy Spirit can solve my case. My cousin who is ### years younger than me is not paying my dues (huge amount). Constant reminders have fallen into deaf ears. He is hymnotised by my money. He is buying new cars but not paying my money.
